Spanking Review

Having got that off my chest, the rest of my review can only be one of amazement and envy for our Teutonic friend’s occupation as he spanks, straps, slippers, tawses, canes, birches and uses his belt on some of the most gorgeous spanking models it has been my good fortune to see.

The action seems to take place mainly in houses and apartments and sometimes possibly a photo studio in a warm Mediterranean country – oh how I wish I could do the same!

The filming relies mainly on tripod fixed camera angles; there is not a lot of free camera movement around the action. This is not as bad as it sounds because many a film can be ruined by overactive cameramen … and I have had experience of films ruined by cameras seeing off-set equipment etc … and in one case a cameraman’s feet as he sat on the floor for a low shot …. wide-angle lens have a lot to answer for.

Now to the best bit, the girls!

Wow!!!!!!!

GBS have some of the most beautiful spankees on the planet. Tall, short, Caucasian, Asian, you name it – they have spanked it.

They have dozens of models, all worthy of spanking and bedding, not necessarily in that order. They are lovely and I recognise two or three girls who are in the British spanking film scene.

One of the girls GBS use a lot of is Linda (I am not complaining – she is absolutely gorgeous) who appears many times in the films and may be a friend of the spanker. This lovely blonde pixie of a girl can take a severe spanking and caning and reacts as though it was her first time … on every film!

The action when our Teutonic spankers strikes is fast and furious with some films opening straight into the punishment without pre-amble, others have short introductory passages. I don’t think he knows the words ‘can I have a warm up please’ if uttered by the model.

But, and in light of the fact that most of the films are action packed and reasonably short, where some of the films fail in my opinion is that they try and make up to a 20 minute spanking film with only one spankee. This is fraught with problems because most girls cannot take a 15-minute spanking or caning! In this case the films can appear to be padded out with extraneous conversation or ‘non-action’.

An example is the film “Broken Glasses” which takes 48 seconds to complete the titles, followed by 5:30 minutes of ‘plot development’ before the girl is bent over a table and skirt raised, whereupon she is left to ‘consider her fate’ for a further 90 seconds before the cane first touches her bottom. The 90 seconds was just a stationary shot of her pantied bottom, it could have been creatively filled with shots of facial anguish and bottom rubbing. Then follows a severe caning lasting about 5:30 minutes before she is stood in the corner for the remainder of the 16:06 film. This kind of spanking film makes me grateful that we have fast-forward sliders on the RealMedia and Windows media players. It is not the worst example of what I have seen on some sites, but GBS do the fast and furious punishment so well with real ‘anger’ in our Teutonic friends voice that these ‘slow’ films do not enhance their work. I do not look for Cecile B de Mille in spanking films, more a semi-restrained Hannibal Lector figure as the spanker, and GBS have one of those already!

And now to the photo galleries, of which there are many. They advertise 30,000 images and I can believe it.

They have 48 sets of images from ‘friends sites’ (in reality TGP pages from the Spanking Online empire) but also 160 homegrown galleries with about 30 images each. They are all good quality images but do suffer from a large and intrusive watermark in the corner.

This leads me to my last gripe. The vast majority of the spanking films have, to me, an intrusive and over-bright watermark on every film. This is something I dislike in a downloadable movie. Copyright statements in the header and tail title sequences is fine but not in the movie. If you must have a site label, a small channel marker in a corner like that used by Sky TV would be OK, but a large WWW.GIRLS-BOARDING-SCHOOL.COM across the films is a bit too much I think.
