Spanking Models UK (www.spankingmodelsuk.com) should not be confused with similar sounding sites called Spanking-Models (www.spanking-models.com), a US-based site used as a recruitment site for RealSpankings (www.realspankings.com) or SpankingModels.co.uk (www.spankingmodels.co.uk), sites which we shall be reviewing at a later date.

Spanking Models UK is a well-designed free directory of the girls in the UK spanking film industry. With currently 30 girls on its directory it is one of the largest lists of UK-based spanking models. Some of the girls provide 1-1 spanking experience sessions with clients whilst others are only interested in professional spanking film shoots.

The directory is based on a photo-gallery system and each girl has her own album with at least 6 photographs which can be expanded from thumbnail to full size. Each girl has email contact details (and sometimes a phone number) as well as a brief description of the services she offers.

The site is clean and well presented, has a Google PageRank of 3, and at the time of this review displays at #2 position if you search for ‘spanking models’ on Google.co.uk (#3 if using Google.com). This indicates a well-designed site by someone knowlegeable of good search-engine optimisation techniques.

Overall the site was pleasing to use, well designed and effective in delivering the information … what more could you want?

ITC-Mag (www.itc-mag.com) is a message board and free personals ad site set up and sponsored by a UK-based spanking contact magazine producer of the same name. The site has two free areas of interest to UK spankophiles.

• A free message board for spankers/spankees
• A free spanking personal ads section

The spanking ads section has a lot of ads from professional female spankees and dominatrixes as well as from mainly male spankees. There is a lot of traffic to this site and between 20-40 ads a day are added to the personal ads section. The message board is not as useful as it is based on a free server and can spawn a lot of intrusive pop-up and pop-under advertisements if you don’t have anti-popup software intalled.

The site also has links to apage to buy an online downloadable copy of the ITC-Mag contact magazine. It is with this page I have the greatest difficulty and would recommend that YOU DO NOT BUY via this system.

The page collects personal information such as

• Payment method
• Cardholders name
• E-mail address
• Card no
• Start date
• Expiry date
• Issue No (switch)
• Security No. (last 3 digits on back of card by your signature)
• House No. (where the card is registered)
• Postcode (where the card is registered)

If this information was being collected and sent to a secure recognised payment collection service such as Paypal or WorldPay it would not be a problem. Unfortunately this site sends the information in clear text to an unsecure email server and does not even use the SSL secure socket layer encryption service to keep your credit card and identity details secure from being intercepted or released should the site-owner’s computer be hacked or infected with a trojan or virus. The information you have provided is enough for credit card identity fraud if misused.
We spankophiles have enough concerns about our identities becoming known without this site exacerbating the worry by not even attempting to use the built in security your web browser offer.

Because of this problem of security I have to give the site a rank of 20/100. It would have been 50/100 if the credit card security had been better and higher still if the popups had not been present on the message board.

With over 21,000 registered members, 27,216 threads and 660,000 message posts British Spanking (www.britishspanking.com) is the foremost spanking orientated community site in the UK.
The site has open forums for members to ask for advice on spanking matters. The list is shown below:

• Chatter – Discuss whatever you want. You can even discuss the weather if you have nothing else to say.
• Trash – Rants, whining, spam, gobbledygook and assorted rubbish.

• Stories – Usually fictional prose or verse narrative intended to interest or amuse the reader.

• Videos – Comment on your most/least favourite videos.

It has two levels of membership, free and sponsored. The sponsored membership allows access to the members’ photo galleries and a sponsers-only a discussion area of the site, but it is not necessary to have to pay to join to have a good time on this site.

Many people in the UK spanking community have made good long-lasting friendships with people they have met via this site, some even going on to a marriage.

The site can be a bit cliquey at times with some members being more vocifereous and opinionated than others , and this can intimidate some newbies. There are moderators for each forum and the chat room and they take their role seriously, stamping down on inappropriate behaviour – sometimes I think maybe a little too harshly at times, but on the whole providing a relatively safe place for newbies to meet others into the spanking scene.

The site members organise munches and play parties around the UK and these can be a lot of fun.

Overall British Spanking provide an effective and valuable message service and forum for UK, and some foreign, spankophiles.

A relative newcomer to the spanking blog fraternity, Spankers Blog is jointly written by the producers of the British spanking web sites Sound Punishment and English Spankers. It is an unusual blog for it publices the work for two sites, not owned by one company but run jointly by two respected companies in the UK spanking industry, V I Productions and Strand Productions.

The site is clean and well laid out and contains not only information about the recent updates to either of the sites but also insights into the spanking filmaking process, snippets on a spanking theme gleaned from the web and, on the whole, makes a pleasant and informative read.
