Spanking Review

English Spankers is a well-established UK spanking site with its own, unique, style of shooting. The site opens with an attractive,and not too cluttered front page with an area illustrating the latest video and image set and links leading into the site’s second page which has a chronologically ordered list of all the updates since January 2005 (though the site has been running for a lot longer than that).

There are links 3 sample video clips on this front page, one near the top and links to two movie TGPs with 4 sample clips each. The front page has clear links to the Members Area and Join Now pages for those that have already bought subscriptions of have already been persuaded to join. The site now states that all its new films are shot using High Definition TV equipment so it looks like they intend be at the front of the pack on quality.
An animated ‘Enter Here’ button takes you to a list of recent updates and a further 2 video samples as well as links to a page of schoolgirl image ads. The two videos on this page are WMV format(6.4 Mb, 5 min 43 seconds and 18 seconds, 320×240 pixels, encoded at 158 kb/sec).

There appears to be another site associated with English Spankers called Spanking Academy. Upon following the link it advertises an extra schoolgirl spanking area within the members area of English Spankers. Entrance is only available by purchasing a subscription to English Spankers.
A ‘START THE TOUR HERE’ link takes you to a further 4 video clips! All the clips are of a reasonable size (WMV format, 30 seconds in length, 2Mb, 384×288 pixels encoded at 518 kb/sec).

So in the first 5 pages you can visit there are 13 video clips! Who said 13 was an unlucky number!

The “MORE RED BOTTOMS” paddle button then has then to be clicked before a chance to navigate within the site appears on the next page as a drop down menu bar with sub-menus.This page displays some well-shot miniatures of schoolgirl images

Selecting ‘Tour’ then takes you on a guided tour of the updates that have been done on the site. These are illustrated with thumbnail graphics, but no enlargeable pictures or further free movie clip downloads in the first pages. Clicking the ‘More Serious Spanking’ paddle graphic progresses your tour until you reach page 5 of the tour, whereupon you find 9 wide-screen hi-definition WMV format sample clips for download. Each of the clips is approximately 25 seconds in length, 720×576 pixels, 4.5 Mb in size and are encoded at 1500 kb/sec. The image quality of most of these clips is outstanding (one or two looked slightly ’soft’ with regard to contrast – though this may be a Microsoft WMV encoder artifact rather than a problem with the source video) and the action portrayed is real – proper spanking and canings in all their glory detail.

Strict Women is a well-established femdom site. The site opens (after negotiating a plain ‘RU Over 18?’ page) onto a montage shot displaying the latest update. Clicking on this image takes you into the tour where there some large thumbnails and couple of larger, well produced, images per page as well as streaming Shokwave sample movie..

Clicking the banner and entering straight into the tour would be a mistake because you would miss the two Streaming Shockwave movie clips on the opening page. They are not large in size and therefore can only give you a flavour of what the videos inside the site are like. Continuing the tour gives a further five pages with sample images and Shockwave movie clips.

The site advertise it has over 600 movie clips but, but by not offering a short sample of the movies found inside the site, I cannot say what the quality of the movies is like, or what format or even whether there are any movies to download – they may just be small streaming Shockwave movies.

The quality of the photographic images on the sample pages look good and are of a reasonable size and standard.
The cost of membership of Strict Women is $19.95 for 30 days and $48.95 a month for 90 days (both automatically rebilling via ccBill)

Our conclusion, based only on the material available on the free side of the site, is that unless we can find out what the format and quality etc. of the movies inside the site is, it is difficult for us to recommend this site. With so many sites out there offering downable content so that you can watch it at your leisure, a site that may be just selling online streaming small sized Shockwave movies is, in my opinion, not good value.

We shall be contacting the site’s owners for clarification of the movie standard within the site and will be happy to correct our review if necessary.

Spanking Teen Jessica is an American site dealing with the trials and tribulations of Jessica and her schoolgirl and college friends. The site opens with a cleanly designed page (once past the plain ‘RU over 18?’ gateway page). The thumbnails on this page are all linked to the latest updates page, which is the start of an index of 13 pages. The first two index pages have links to approximately 15-16 medium resolution and reasonably sized (720×480 pixel) images, each overlaid with a clear copyright notice. The other 11 indexes do not have active image links.

There are navigation links on the index pages to free sample galleries of

• Spanking samples – 3 galleries each with 1 video clip and 9 images
• Bondage samples – 1 gallery with 1 video clip and 9 images
• Nude samples – 1 gallery, no video clip and 10 images

The RealMedia video clips are of between 0.8 and 4.2 Mb in size and between 20 and 90 seconds in duration. This movie clips display at about 360×288 pixels and are of good photographic as well as content quality. This resolution , and the use of RealMedia is now starting to be overtaken on other sites by their use of higher resolution, full-screen movies encoded in Windows WMV format. Whether this will become a problem for Spanking Teen Jessica in the future as the use of Real Media lessons, only time will tell.

If you click on a thumbnail to enlarge an image the page reloads with the image embedded in a advertisement page. These pages lose all obvious return navigation links except a ‘Join Now’ button and you have to use the browser’s back button or, I found by experiment, click on the header banner to return to the gallery indexes. A more clearly marked ‘Return’ button would be useful here.

The site is clean and the content appears to be of good quality. Jessica is a little doll who takes hard chastisement and we look forward to doing a full review on this site.

Spanked Cheeks is a new site on the UK spanking scene. Produced by the same group filming Vixen Ladies, Hard Spanking Vixens and Lina’s House of Discipline the site has a clean and easily navigated design but only a few high quality images and only one WMV video clip to download. This clip is 2 minutes in duration but it is an impressive 20.6 Mb in size, 720×578 pixels encoded at 1511 kb/sec. If this quality is indicative of the content inside the site it bodes well for its members enjoyment of the site.

I wonder whether, for the sake of non-broadband users, it would be better to have 4 clips of 30 seconds each and 5 Mb in size. These could, for instance as some sites do it, be of the last four films uploaded to the site rather than a single fixed trailer.
The ‘What’s New’ page has some free images to illustrate the updates to the site but only one thumbnail from each update set is an active link to an enlargment. The ‘Coming Soon’ page also has thumbnails and all of these are linked to enlarged images. This inconsistant use of thumbnails and links to enlarged images is confusing and I think it would be better fif all thumbnails were links to enlarged images because the extra bandwidth costs would be neglible and it would make the site more cohesive in its link strategy and more rewardiable experience for its vistors.
I would have liked to have seen more galleries of free photos as Spanked Cheeks does not appear to have any TGPs to support its ccBill affiilate programme and nowadays this is a major loss of potential advertising on TGP galleries by its affiliates.

From what I have seen the site looks good and may have some excellent material in its members’ area, but without a more extensive review I cannot give an opinion as to its value for money at $19.99 for 30 days and $39.99 for 60 days.

Pandora is a young life-style submissive who has embarked on a career in the UK as a spanking and CP photographic and video model. Pandora’s Bot is her site which espouses her philosophy about spanking, advertises her modelling services and is a wrapper for her blog on blogspot.

Her site contains her profile, galleries of her modelling work and spanking work which includes some images of very severe bruising to her bottom.

Pandora is a beautiful young lady and this site is well-designed with some really beautiful images of her in spanking and vanilla modelling modes.
Pandora’s Blog is quite large considering it was only started in August 2006. Pandora uses the blog to chronicle her spanking modelling career and other aspects of her life-style as a submissive with a Master she adores. It is well-written, amusing and the posts are not of the “went and got spanked today” diary type entries one can sometimes see on blogs, but rather each post consists of a small essay which is both descriptive, and often erotic, in nature with good use of relevant included images.

The blog is well laid out with good use of categories and makes the most of the new blog templating system that Blogger now use.

This is an excellent site, with a very readable and come-backable-to blog.

No hesitation at all in awarding this site 90/100.
